Domestic Bliss

Homemade Honey Muesli:

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Combine together with 1/2 cup liquid honey and 1/4 cup canola oil and bake in a 170C fan oven for 3o minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool, and then add:
As much as you fancy (or 1/2 cup each) of chopped dried apricots, nectarines, apples, sultanas, chopped banana chips, sunflower seeds, and pepitas.
